Located in Annunziata, La Morra, Enzo Revello crafts Barolo wines that reflect both the elegance of the region and the balance of its neighboring villages. His Nebbiolo vineyards, rooted in calcareous marl, benefit from Annunziata’s prime southern slopes, producing wines with truffle nuances, finesse, and sweet fruit lift.

Though Enzo embraces short fermentations, macerations, and fine French oak, his true legacy is in the vineyard. Despite the challenges of organic certification in Barolo, he remains committed to strict organic practices, even for Dolcetto and Barbera. His pioneering approach has influenced neighboring estates, setting a standard for sustainable viticulture.

Believing in letting the fruit speak, Enzo employs a closed-circuit fermentation process, limiting oxygen exposure early while relying on oak for Nebbiolo’s necessary evolution. With his daughter Elena now playing a key role in the estate, Enzo Revello’s wines continue to honor tradition, terroir, and innovation.
